Ultimate Kaua’i Adventure Workshop & Tour

Join me as we explore the island of Kaua’i. The lush beauty of Kaua’i is considered one of the most beautiful islands in the world. We will explore the many pristine beaches from Ke’e to Poipu and hike some of the most beautiful trails in all of Hawaii from Koke'e State Park to Na Pali Coast State Park. This Epic workshop is a 1-3 day adventure and can be tailored individually for you to gain the most out of your experience.


WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR?

This workshop is for anyone with a spirit of adventure, and it is open to all skill levels. Photographically speaking, this adventure trip is open to anyone that loves the art of photography and wild nature. I have been exploring Kaua'i for 13 years and know the island very well. Some moderate hiking and walking is involved. Kaua'i is an island with endless hiking, natural beauty and photographic opportunities. Kaua'i is truly a photographer's dream location.


Workshop Instructor

Collin leads private workshops in Hawaii and has helped many clients hone their skills and find their artistic vision. He has a passion for adventure and loves teaching what he has learned over the years from trial and error. In this workshop we'll create stunning compositions using the rule of thirds and simplicity and when to break the rules. I'll teach you how to shoot in manual mode and how to control your (Shutter speed, aperture, ISO, depth of field). How to choose the correct lens for the scenes composition and lighting. How to find unique foreground elements (anchor points) to enrich the story of the scene. How to create compelling abstract images. I'll also teach you some of the basics of panorama photography as well as some of the more technical ways to capture a scene (focus stacking, exposure blending).
